Timeline and Process to Hire the Superintendent
President John Barbieri opened the meeting by stating that the purpose of this meeting was to review and discuss the process and timeline to hire a superintendent, including the process for selecting a search firm.
Superintendent Negri reviewed the proposed timeline for the process. Dr. Clark stated the Request for Proposal (RFP) was sent to fifteen search firms on February 5. The board will meet on March 4 to interview and select a search firm. Once the firm is selected, the firm will work with the board to develop a candidate profile and recruit candidates for the board's consideration; however, the timeline is subject to the firm's process.
The board finalized the details for the March 4 board meeting.
