Selection Process for the Next Superintendent
The board discussed a process to select a superintendent to replace Jim Negri, who will retire June 30, 2015.  The board agreed to solicit proposals from firms that conduct superintendent searches.  A subcommittee of President John Barbieri and Vice President Jo Loss will screen the proposals to establish a pool of approximately five firms for the full board to interview.  Once a firm is selected, there will be opportunity for public input.  Once the details of the process are finalized, they will be communicated to the public.
