The Europa PB has two laminating stations, each with chrome laminating roller and rubber nip roller to give the same result on each side of the sheet - ideal for Photobook applications. 

 

 

Capable of running speeds of up to 20m/minute both single and double sided. 

 

 

For increased flexibility it can be supplied for standard B2 size or with feeder lengths of 880mm, 950mm or 1050mm. 

 

  

The suction feeder offers a deep pile for longer run work and is easily adjustable for a variety of different sheet sizes.  The PB is fitted with a decurl bar, which can be adjusted on the run, to assist in giving a flat result.  The film mandrels have hinged supports and film can be adjusted laterally on the run to minimise waste and down time.

 

 

Fespa saw the international launch of the new wide format X-Y trimmer from KALA, French laminator manufacturer.  The KALA range of laminators is sold by D&K under its own name (Atlas) as part of a global OEM deal.
