Europa EL - laminating and embossing line

The Europa EL automated laminating and embossing line has been based on the well-proven Europa B2 machine. The Europa was launched at IPEX in 2010 now has over 160 installations world-wide
By the addition of an embossing station lamination and embossing can now be done in-line using standard laminating films. Embossing will be carried out after lamination, using an engraved steel roller, and before separation. There will also be the facility to dis-engage it in order to laminate conventionally.
The Europa EL will run at speeds of up to 15m/minute and processes sheets of up to 540mm x 740mm (portrait) with a range of stock weight between 115g - 350g.
Europa EL System has been designed for both traditional and digital printing houses. This fully automated unit is easy to use and operator-friendly.
The pneumatically controlled rollers, energy-saving heating system, easy to use operator touch screen and surprisingly small footprint are some the biggest advantages of Europa EL System.

D&K exhibits at Print 13

Print 13 is the largest and most innovative global exhibition of digital, offset and hybrid technologies in 2013. Attendees will come to explore demonstrations of the latest technologies, unique new applications, and products and services for every key facet of the graphic communications industry.
D&K Group will be exhibiting narrow and wide format laminating supplies and equipment during the Print 13 show. Products include thermal, heat assist, and pressure sensitive (cold) overlaminates and adhesives. Wide format laminators, automated one or two sided high-speed laminating systems, and much more.
