The Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Act is in danger. H.3909 encountered many obstacles, but it needs to achieve its final vote next week, or it will die.
Please contact your Senator TODAY in support, if you have not done so already.

2. EMAIL the language, to the address below.
"I support H.3909, the Dylan P. Mitchell Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Act, and its amendment, because it will improve the safety of those walking and biking in SC. South Carolina had some of the highest increases in biking and walking, and crashes, in the last decade. Please support the bill, so we can all have the freedom of safe access for every mode of travel, including biking and walking. Thank you."
