Realtors® Day in Trenton- Join PCBOR®
Join PCBOR® and New Jersey Realtors® for the 2017 Realtors® Day in Trenton! This is
the perfect opportunity to hear from state leaders ahead of the gubernatorial primary.
Following the event, join everyone at the State House for a special presentation on the Senate floor where NJ Realtors® Leadership Team will receive a ceremonial resolution to commemorate our centennial.
Parking for the day is available at NJ Realtors® office; 10 Hamilton Avenue, Trenton. Complimentary bus service will provided to the Masonic Temple and the State House.

Instant Reaction: April Jobs Report

Adam DeSanctis on May 5, 2017The following is NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun's reaction to this morning's U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics jobs report for April:  "This good jobs report for April should dispel any notion of a potential economic recession. Moreover, the continuing low levels of people filing for unemployment checks, as well as the high numbers of job openings, do point towards further job additions in upcoming months. The Federal Reserve will surely raise interest rates two more times before the year ends. The rate hikes are due to continuous improvement in economic conditions." Source

Tax Plan Would Hurt Homeowners
The Trump Administration proposed doubling the standard deduction and retaining the mortgage interest deduction while eliminating most other itemized deductions as part of a tax plan it released in late April.
