PCBOR® Scholarship Application Now Available
PCBOR® has proudly been awarding scholarships to families of PCBOR Realtor® Members since 2001. Realtor® Members who are in good standing for preceding three years (with PCBOR®) may make application on behalf of children, grandchildren (immediate family members), are all eligible for scholarship assistance. The Scholarship Program is to be available to High School Seniors who will be attending an undergraduate four-year institution, student's currently enrolled in undergraduate four-year institutions and students pursuing studies at an accredited technical school or two-year community college. NAR Asks Carson to Bring Rate Cut Back
 NAR has written HUD Secretary Designee Ben Carson to ask that the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) reinstate the reduction in annual mortgage insurance premiums for
FHA loans announced by the government on Jan. 9. The reduction was suspended on Jan. 20 by the incoming Trump administration. Details.

Watch Live Sessions from the
REALTOR® Broker Summit
Members will be able to watch in real time three sessions at the REALTOR® Broker Summit on Tuesday, Feb. 14, starting at 2 p.m. Pacific time. The sessions are a legal update by NAR General Counsel Katie Johnson, an RISMedia Power Broker Roundtable discussion, and a moderated conversation about changing housing preferences and livability trends.

Call for Golf Outing Committee Volunteers
Our 2017 President's Charity has been chosen, it is Oasis. The mission of Oasis is to change the lives of women and children by  breaking the cycle of poverty through compassionate programs designed to feed, clothe, educate, and empower women and children in need. One of our main fundraisers is our annual Golf Outing, this year will mark PCBOR's 25th charity outing. We are reaching out to interested Members who have Golf or Golf Outing experience for expertise in setting up this annual outing.
