Are you an Elected Official? Are you an Elected official or hold a Public Office seat or interested in doing so? If YES, please contact us. Our Advocacy and Legislative committees are looking to identify our Members who serve their municipalities. We have a variety of programs and tools which may be of use to you in your capacity.

NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®
This prestigious program comprises two awards: The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award and the NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club . Please fill out your application at coe.njrealtor.com. Completed applications and payments must be submitted, with verification material, to your local board by close of business on Jan. 13, 2017-no exceptions. Also please be reminded, neither you, the agency which you are associated, nor anyone on your behalf or with your authorization shall in any manner advertise, publish or distribute prior to February 1st. The 2016 award levels are: - Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
- Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
- Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
- Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units
The NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club Award is presented to NJ Realtors® members who have been recipients of the Circle of Excellence Sales Award® for 10 years (which need not be consecutively earned). Check out this EASY GUIDE. Application Link

REALTOR® Dues were due January 1st
REALTOR Dues were due by January 1st and will be considered late after January 10th. A $50. late fee will be imposed after this date without exception. Please contact the Board office with any questions. Dues bills were sent to each office in late October.
