Tremendous thanks to all the participants, supporters and sponsors for our 2016 Charity Golf Outing last Friday at Preakness Valley Golf Course. We have raised several thousand dollars for the Great Falls Foundation for local Military. A check will be presented to them at our annual meeting in September. The REALTOR of the Year is a Member who has contributed the most to the advancement of his/her community and the cause of REALTORS®, as well as had significant involvement in humanitarian services. The individuals so selected by the PCBOR® selection committee, will be honored by NJ REALTORS® at the Triple Play Convention in December. Deadline for PCBOR® selection
committee is July 11th.

Move Inc.-Zillow Lawsuit Settled
Zillow agreed to pay $130 million to settle allegations that two of its executives stole trade secrets from Move Inc., operator of realtor.com®. "We are pleased that the parties have reached an amicable resolution," NAR President Tom Salomone said in a prepared statement. NAR was a co-plaintiff in the suit, brought in 2014 against Zillow and the two executives, both former executives of Move. Move and NAR had accused the former Move executives, Errol Samuelson and Curt Beardsley, of stealing confidential documents and breaching their fiduciary duties to the company.
