One of our primary goals is to keep our members informed of what is going on in the world of transportation.
This week we are going to show you the top ten tickets issued in 2013 and show you how you can have someone else pay that ticket you got.
Remember, truck drivers are your most precious asset, don't fire them or terminate their IC contracts, just have them take a refresher CSA course.
We are the only transportation organization in the US that maintains a Nationally Accredited Drug and Alcohol Program and various transportation courses developed by the Transportation Safety Institute. We provide more professional help and knowledge to our industry than any other transportation institution. We have helped several local state associations. Our Background Check Program and our On-Line Safety Institute are used not only by Motor Carriers but also by many other safety consultants. Yes, our programs truly "train the trainers."

Top Tickets for 2013
At NorthAmerican Transportation Association, we've had an opportunity to crunch the numbers and found what the top seven trucking citations that came across the desks of our Service Provider, the National Motorists Association, were in 2013. The breakdown of the nearly 2,700 tickets reported to NMA will likely come as no surprise. It's important to remind you that we never condone breaking the law, but we also understand that when you're on the road, you're a target.
