Republican Leadership Initiative Fall Session
The Michigan Republican Party is now recruiting local Republican leaders across Michigan to join our fall session of the Republican Leadership Initiative (RLI). The RLI program is a great way to learn grassroots fundamentals so you can go into your community and help Republicans win in 2016! This added experience and knowledge will ensure we spread the message that Michigan Matters in 2016. During this six-week program, you will learn the basic skills to organize and train grassroots activists.

Our mission is simple: Learn Today. Lead Tomorrow.

The summer RLI classes were a huge success, both here in Michigan and throughout the country. Hundreds of RLI Fellows nationwide have received valuable training in leadership and grassroots organizing that they are putting into action today.  If you are interested in pursuing a future with the Republican Party, this is your opportunity. Please email your resume to political@migop.org today!

Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference

It's going to be a fantastic weekend to hear from influential Republicans from across the country, so don't miss out.  The conference now has at least 6 keynote speakers lined up: Senator Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, Governor Jeb Bush, Governor Scott Walker, Governor John Kasich, and Senator Rand Paul!

Registration is in full swing for the 31st Biennial Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference. This year's conference will be held September 18-20.  Many of you have already taken advantage of registering for the conference online and reserving rooms at the historic Grand Hotel. General registration closes on August 14th. The current price is $100 per person, but that will increase once general registration closes. If you have not had the chance to register, you should consider doing so now.  Registration can be done at http://www.mackinac2015.com/.

To book a room within any of the reserved hotel blocks, you must have a conference registration code. A list of these hotels and their contact information, as well as room rates, can be found at mackinac2015.com/hotel-information.

We hope that you are able to join us at the 31st Biennial Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference and we look forward to seeing you on the Island. If you have any questions regarding hotels or conference registration, please do not hesitate to contact Andrea Bommarito by e-mail or at 517-487-5413.

The Republican mission seeks to maintain a strong defense, encourage individual achievement and liberty through the free enterprise system, and strengthen families.  If you would like to help us move the area and the country towards these goals, please consider donating to the Saginaw County Republican Committee.  Every donation, no matter how large or small, will help ensure that we can find and elect people to work for those goals.  You can do so by mail to PO BOX 6653, Saginaw, MI  48608 or on the web at newsletter@saginawcountygop.org.
