The Great Lakes Bay Speaker Forum's next sponsored event is on this Wednesday, July 23rd.  They will be hosting Dr. Rob Steele of Docs 4 Patient Care.  Dr. Steele will be discussing the often untold realities of U.S. Health Care costs and what you, both the patient and the physician, can do to improve health care access AND your rights to decide.  There ARE alternatives to the "Affordable Care Act", so please come and learn how to use them.  Dr. Steele is currently in the full-time practice of cardiology in Michigan, is a University of Michigan graduate, and is running for a University of Michigan Regent seat.

The event will be at Bay Valley Resort and Conference Center, 2470 Old Bridge Rd, Bay City, MI  48706.  Dr. Steele's talk begins at 7:00pm.  Cost is $10 per person, but groups of 4 or more pay only $7 per person.  Tickets are available only at the door the night of the event.

Come and be informed, learn, and share.  Communicate what you learn with your legislators.  It's not too late to take back 1/6 of the American economy...and YOUR health.

The ballot language for Michigan's Proposal 1 in the August 5th primary has confused some folks.  Read an analysis and the ballot language at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy's Capcon website to bring yourself up to speed on this important issue.

The Tri-City 9-12 group will hold its next meeting August 10th, from 6:00-8:00pm.  The meeting is at Bay Valley Resort and Conference Center, 2470 Old Bridge Rd, Bay City. There will be a presentation on Andrew McCarthy's "The Case for Obama's Impeachment".
