Contact Amy Carl to sign up and help out to walk in the Shields Parade. There will be banners to carry and candy to hand out. Come out and join the whole team! Equip your homestead with a yard sign. If you would like a yard sign placed at your home, just e-mail Sam Artley with your address. Also ask your neighbors, friends, and family if they would like one. Paul's campaign will be happy to set all of you up. For more volunteering ideas, check out Paul Mitchell's website. |

South Dakota Republicans Calls for Obama's Impeachment
|
Citing that the President has that the president has "violated his oath of office in numerous ways," the South Dakota Republican Party passed a resolution on Saturday calling for the impeachment of President Barack Obama. Delegates at the party's annual convention in Rapid City voted 191-176 in favor of the measure. Among other offenses, the resolution cited the trade of five Taliban detainees for U.S. Army soldier Bowe Bergdahl, Obama's campaign promise that people would be able to keep their existing health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, and constitutional overreach of a recent EPA proposal that would curb emissions from coal power plants. Perhaps the President has crossed a line, as Representative Lou Barletta (R-Pennsylvania) last week mentioned in an interview that the House could "probably" impeach Obama if the matter was brought to the floor. |
