Getting in touch with your city is now easier than ever! This month we launched Allen's first mobile app, called MyAllen. It allows users to submit non-emergency service requests or browse the city's frequently-asked questions. When you request a repair or report an issue through MyAllen, the message is routed automatically to the appropriate department, The app also features city news, job postings, a staff contact list, and park and trail directories.
The free app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play store by searching "MyAllen." Don't have a smartphone? Don't worry; you can access all the features of the app using Allen's Online Help Desk.
