The Allen Arts Alliance will once again make art come to life this Mother's Day weekend as they host the annual Allen Arts Festival at Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm. In its 6th year, the weekend will showcase over sixty juried artists, children's activities, live music, entertainment, and much more. Booths with art on display and for sale will line the streets within Watters Creek for the three-day festival offering a variety of media and styles from paintings and sculptures, to jewelry and photography. Your Allen Americans Battle It Out This Weekend for the President's Cup!

 The Americans continue their quest for the Presidents' Cup at Allen Event Center with Game 4 of the CHL Finals tonight vs. the Denver Cutthroats. Puck drop is at 7:05 p.m. The Americans lead the best-of-seven series 2-1, after winning by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday night.
Game 5 is Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. If necessary, Game 6 will have the team head back to Denver.

Voting Reminder - Saturday, May 10 - Joint General Election for City of Allen and Allen ISD

 Just a reminder that the polls will be open at the Allen Municipal Court Facility, 301 Century Parkway, Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Joint General Election for the City of Allen and Allen ISD.
Voters can follow all of the Collin County results by checking their website or following them through Facebook and Twitter.
The City of Allen will also post results at CityOfAllen.org/Elections.
