The City of Allen is updating the Comprehensive Plan to guide the future development of Allen and we need your help! Allen's well-defined growth you see today has been a direct result of decades of input and strategic planning efforts by elected officials, residents, business owners, and city staff. By periodically updating the Comprehensive Plan which was originally adopted in 1985 and updated in 1995 and 2002, we can ensure continued successful development for our city.

In an effort to capture input and feedback in this digital age, the City is excited to announce the launch of www.AllenIdeas.com. This new website gives our community the chance to help set priorities for the future of Allen which can be incorporated into the updated Comprehensive Plan. This input is a vital part of the project, ensuring that Allen continues to be a community that people choose to live and a city that businesses choose to succeed.

You can collaborate any time, from any computer or mobile device.
