Allen's first park with exercise stations opens next week to conclude National Parks and Recreation Month. Hillside Park is adjacent to the Blue Sky Sports Center at 950 E. Main Street and, in addition to the exercise stations, there are several park amenities that give this park a unique look while keeping the focus on adult exercise and recreation. The public is invited to learn more about the park at a special presentation beginning at 9 a.m. on July 31 at the Allen Senior Recreation Center, 451 E. St. Mary St. While there, make sure to check out all of the great opportunities available for seniors in Allen!
