Warmer Weather Means Spring Cleaning and Garage Sales - Know the Guidelines

 It's that time of year for spring cleaning and garage or yard sales to get rid of the clutter! Allen residents may conduct two garage sales within a year timeframe. While there is no permit required, there are regulations for where signs may be placed. Residents are allowed one sign on-site and two off-site. The signs must be no bigger than two square feet and are not allowed in the city right-of-ways, including medians and parkways. Please help keep Allen beautiful by removing all signs after sale.
