Taught by firefighters from throughout the department, the weekly classes are designed to teach participants about educational requirements to become a firefighter, emergency operations, fire and life safety training and much more. It's an All-Star College Football Saturday in Allen!
You've been hearing about it for months and you've probably seen the NFL welcome signs around town - now it's game time! The Texas vs. The Nation All-Star Football Game features top collegiate stars from across Texas and the nation as they go head-to-head in front of more than 250 NFL scouts for a chance to go pro. Kicks off time is set for 1:30 p.m. this Saturday at Eagle Stadium.
Allen's Community Theatre Invites You to See This Classic Tale
The whole family is invited out to see Charlotte's Web, adapted by Joseph Robinette and based on the book by E.B. White, which centers around the heartwarming story of Wilbur the Pig and a special spider named Charlotte.
