With the Half Marathon weekend only days away, we want to touch base with you one final time with some last-minute notes.

• If you have not yet done so, please review your Race Weekend Instructions for information on the Health & Fitness Expo, packet pick up, event parking and traffic information, maps, and more.  It is available as a downloadable PDF or for  mobile devices.

• If you have family or friends who would like to take part in a race, online registration will be open until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, November 4. Race weekend registration will resume on Friday, November 6 at the Expo.  For the 3K and 5K, you can register at the Expo on Friday from noon to 6 PM or race morning (Saturday, November 7) at Lovers Point Park beginning at 6:30 AM.  For the Half Marathon you can register Friday from noon to 6 PM or Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM at the Expo.  There is no race morning registration for the Half Marathon

• If you'd like to track a runner during the 5K or Half Marathon, you can sign up for FREE runner tracking.  You can also sign up for this service on our free mobile app.  Search for BSIM Events in the iTunes or Google Play stores.

• Your Virtual Race Bag is now available! Take advantage of discount offers on merchandise, local restaurants, race entries and more.

• Treadmill will be hosting our Pace Teams and a finish Recovery Zone.  Learn about and join a Pace Group HERE.  The Recovery Zone will have demo units from NormaTec Recovery Boots, Tiger Tail USA, Trigger Point Foam Rollers and more.

• Looking for something fun to do Friday night? Check out the Trail Running Film Festival at the Pacific Grove Lighthouse Cinema at 6 PM.  Doors open at 5 PM.  Tickets available HERE.  All proceeds go locally to the Ventana Wilderness Alliance for trail maintenance.  Check out a preview video HERE.
