Congratulations on participating in a Big Sur Marathon event!  We commend you on a job well done.  Your email and Facebook comments have been very gratifying to our scores of hard-working volunteers and our staff.  We hope we provided you a memorable running experience on our beautiful and challenging courses.
  
We are already receiving many questions about when registration will open for 2014.  Registration for all distances in our April 27, 2014 event will open Monday, July 15, 2013 at 7 AM Pacific Daylight Time.  The marathon has a limited number of entries and is first-come, first-served. Note that special categories (Boston 2 Big Sur, Runner's World Challenge and certain charity groups) will have unique registration procedures.  More details will be provided on the registration page closer to July 15.

Announcements and Information 
  • Unofficial results can be viewed HERE.  Result changes and errors can be reported using the form on the results page for 30 days.  Our online Official Results Book with complete results for all events along with photos and stories will be available in early June.
     
  • Looking for your official race photographs?  MarathonFoto now has them available HERE, you just need to enter your name and bib number to view.  Our own photo gallery from our volunteer photography team will be online soon at www.bsim.org.
     
  • Our Post Event Survey is now available and we appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete this short questionnaire.  It provides us important feedback on your experiences over race weekend.
       
  • A reminder that you can still take advantage of offers in our iGift Bag!  To view its contents, click HERE. 
     
  • We are sorting through remaining race merchandise. Please give us a week or so and we will update our merchandise page with items still available for purchase.
     
  • Many runners commented that they appreciated the Boston Tribute area.  Your signatures and statements of support completely filled almost 100 square feet of banner space and we received over $7,000 in donations for The One Fund Boston.  Thank you for your generosity.
     
  • Boston 2 Big Sur participants: congratulations on overcoming so much this year and for your participation in these two iconic events.  We will be sending our B2B participants an additional note soon.  For those interested in this special category next year, the two races are only six days apart for an even greater challenge.  More details will be available on our registration page next month.
