Two major events are soon upon us, one with great joy and anticipation, the other with tremendous anxiety and uncertainty. 

On the personal side, the joy and anticipation of the Christmas Holiday with friends and family is always a time to remember and celebrate.  On the business side, we face the uncertainty of the governmental process of focusing on the solution of the Nations debt and the anxiety of the potential effect the decision of the year end tax debate will have on our futures.

I, along with many others, sure do not have the solution, but we can all hope and pray in our business life, we will be in a position to adjust to the outcome of the decisions made.  In our personnel life, we can anticipate the joy of the Holiday Season.

November 30, 2012 --- Halex Corporation of Pomona, California announces today the acquisition of APL Group LLC / Arnold Precision LLC Corporation of Bensalem, PA. This purchase includes the APL Bensalem operation, and APL Brands of flooring underlayment, carpet tack strip, carpet seam tape, and fastener product lines.

This acquisition will immediately give Halex a manufacturing and distribution base in the Northeast U.S. Halex management plans to expand the Bensalem operation to carry all of the major floor installation brands under the Halex banner, Orcon, Capitol, Accuply, Roberts, SureGrip, and VersaShield.
