October 29-Nov 2, all students are invited to wear their favorite dance or dress-up costume to class. Please, no scary Halloween costumes!
We only ask that they be appropriate to dance in throughout class time. So break out those sparkles and come to class!

Dear Families and Dancers,
We are off to another great year and I want to thank each and every one of you, for your continued support! We have many exciting things coming up in the next few months and I want to share a few of those with you.

2013 Spring Concert
Performance & Costume Fees
Due November 1
Our 2013 Spring Concert "Route 66" will be presented Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the RRISD PAC (adjacent to the McNeil HS campus). Dress Rehearsal & Performance will both be held on the same day.
Performance & Costume Fees are due November 1st, 2012.
Performance Fee:
$50 per student/$70 per family
Costume Fee:
Combo classes (ages 3-5) $55 per student
Advanced Combo $65 per student
Beginner-Adv Beg/HH 1 $65 per student/per class
Int-Advanced, Teen, HH 2 & 3 $85 per student/per class
LATE CHARGES WILL APPLY after Nov 10th.\
If you are a bank draft customer, your performance & costume fees will be drafted along with your monthly tuition charge on November 1, 2012. Please call the office, if you have questions.

ACCOUNT ACCESS
Did you know that you have access to your 620 Dance Centre Account 24/7?
That's right, just login to your account through the customer portal on our website and you have access to all your student's class information, contact information and your account summary. You can even track your child's absences!

Notes from the Office
Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Noon-3pm and Wednesday 5:30-9:00pm. If you are unable to call the office during these hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Tuition is due on the first of each month. A $15 late fee will automatically be charged to any account not paid in full by the 10th of the month. A statement will only be sent to delinquent accounts.
Dancewear: Studio policy REQUIRES that all dancers wear black leotards, jazz pants, booty shorts, camisoles. PLEASE send your dancer to class with the proper dancewear every week. (even hard to convince teens!) As of Nov 1, dancers will be asked to sit out, if not in the required dancewear.
Used Dancewear: Encore Dance Company collects gently used dancewear & dance shoes to use as their annual resale fundraiser. A donation bin is available, in the waiting room, for your donations.
Illness: Parents, if your student is not feeling well and is running a temperature, PLEASE keep them home. Students who are recovering and no longer contagious are welcome to observe class, if don't feel well enough to participate.
Recycle:
Our Lake Travis High School senior, Christine Taylor, is implementing a new recycling program, in the studio, as part of her LTHS Enviromental Science class project. There will be new recycling receptacles for plastic, aluminum and paper, in the studio. She is also opening a TerraCycle branch. This means that dancers can put all of their snack trash (granola/energy bar wrappers, fruit snack wrappers, etc.) in the TerraCycle bins; Christine will collect all of these wrappers and send them back to the TerraCycle company to earn funds for the studio! So, next time you're in the studio, make sure to help out your environment and recycle any and all waste that you have! | | |
