Andersonville Chamber of Commerce

Dear Andersonville business owners,

I hope your 2014 is off to a great start!

For the sixth year, Andersonville Chamber of Commerce is partnering with allied organizations around the country on an important national survey of locally owned, independent businesses.  I am writing to strongly encourage your business to participate in this brief survey.

It generally takes less than 10 minutes to complete and is completely confidential.  Here it is:

Independent Business Survey

The survey has three goals:

  • To gauge how independent businesses are faring.
  • To assess whether people are more aware and supportive of locally owned, independent businesses.
  • To identify some of the main challenges affecting independent businesses.

The survey is being conducted by the Institute for Local Self-Reliance, a national nonprofit research and educational organization, in partnership with dozens of local and national independent business groups.

This survey, now in its 7th year, has provided unique and important data about the viability of independent businesses and the impact of the localism movement.  Last year, more than 2,300 businesses completed the survey and its findings were featured in dozens of national and local news stories across the country.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey now:

The deadline is Tuesday, January 21st.

Thank you!
