This includes Temporary Transitional Ministry positions; which may include interim ministry, designated ministry, other temporary ministry or Installed Transitional Ministry positions. Committee on Ministry members and presbytery staff persons with responsibility for congregations in this time of transition will also find the education helpful.

Healthcare Committee Deliberates Potential Changes to Medical Coverage
Maintaining the nature of community, continuing to listen, and ensuring the long-term viability of the medical plan were the key topics of discussion for the Healthcare Committee at the March 9, 2013, meeting of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Pensions announced in February that the Healthcare Committee would not bring a considered recommendation to the full Board of Directors at its March meeting but rather would re-examine its approach to meeting the Medical Plan's financial challenges. From the time it first announced, in October 2012, an approach to restructuring medical dues to address coverage affordability issues, the Board has listened through varied media to the many voices of the Church who responded, from pastors, to mid council staff, to churches and other employers.

Gifts to One Great Hour of Sharing support the following:
Most Congregations receive the offering on Easter Sunday, Passion/Palm Sunday or both, while many receive it throughout Lent - however, you can help sustain the important PC (USA) ministries and programs that are supported by the One Great Hour of Sharing Offering by making an online gift at any time throughout the year.
