With nearly 600 full- and part-time staff members, Forest Grove School District is a large organization, and it can be difficult to know everyone. Meet Our Staff is a weekly feature to help you learn more about your colleagues.

Adidas Offers 50% Off At Employee Store
The adidas Employee Store is offering FGSD employees 50% off retail price between Feb. 3-16.  You no longer have to present a special pass to gain admittance. Employees just need to show their FGSD photo badge for entry. You can bring up to four people with you. The employee store is located at 5060 North Greeley Avenue in Portland. Hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

...to Forest Grove High School teacher Kristina Granby, who received her doctorate degree from George Fox University in December. Kristina's dissertation research explored the language acquisition experiences of long-term English Language Learners. Kristina is also the high school's English Language Development program facilitator.
Education Foundation Sponsors PaintNite at Montinore
Let your creative juices flow and support student enrichment grants at the Education Foundation's PaintNite fundraiser. It will be held on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 5 p.m. at Montinore Vineyards. Click here to purchase tickets. Cost is $45 per person and includes all materials. Proceeds raised from this event go to student enrichment grants that help students get the items and services they need that district funds do not cover.
Join Colleagues at Trail Blazers Game on March 26
Join fellow district students and staff when the Trail Blazers take on the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday, March 26 at the Moda Center. A portion of each ticket price will be donated to the Education Foundation of Forest Grove. Everyone purchasing tickets through this promotion will get a chance to enter the Moda Center early and watch warmups just a few rows off the court.
