OSAA Volleyball State Championships at FGHS
If volleyball is your game, check out the OSAA 3A-4A State Volleyball Championships this weekend at Forest Grove High School. Matches run through 8:30 p.m. tonight and from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Price is $7 for adults and $4 for students, except for the semifinals and finals when they increase to $8 for adults and $5 for students.
Earn A Free 5-Hour Trip From Mid Columbia Bus!
Want to win a free five-hour charter bus trip for your school? Help Mid Columbia Bus Company recruit and hire additional drivers for the 2015-16 school year. Mid Columbia will donate a five-hour charter trip to schools that refer applicants who complete the training and become bus drivers. No experience is needed, and Mid Columbia Bus will provide paid training. Applicants will be paid $9.25 per hour while they are in training and $12.50 per hour once they begin driving routes.

The applicants must complete 60 days of employment with a Commercial Drivers License to receive this trip. The free trip must be taken during the 2015-16 school year.

Do You Have Your Ticket Yet For Christmas With The Trail Band?
Get in the holiday spirit early by buying your tickets now for Christmas With the Trail Band, the annual holiday concert sponsored by the Education Foundation of Forest Grove. The concert will be held on Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. at Forest Grove High School. General admission tickets are $20 and can be purchased at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2142578.  Reserved seats are $25 and can be purchased at the Forest Grove/Cornelius Chamber of Commerce, 2417 Pacific Ave.
