La Caņada Flintridge Calif., June 22, 2015 - The Allen Lund Company continues its partnership with Verbum Dei High School's Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP).
For the ninth consecutive year there will be four students working at ALC headquarters in entry-level clerical jobs, for the 2015-2016 academic year. Each student works five full days a month on a rotational basis, gaining real-world business experience within the Carrier Resources, Marketing, Human Resources and Sales Departments, all while carrying a full academic load. Several students have been hired, coming back to work during school breaks or as summer interns.
"Being a part of the corporate work study program with Verbum Dei is rewarding in so many ways. These young men gain valuable work experience and are treated just like our regular employees, becoming a part of the Allen Lund Company family," stated Pamela Koerber, Human Resources Coordinator.
