McCourt Label Invests in Quality
 New Automatic Inspection System
We are pleased to announce our new 100% automatic inspection system. All labels that run through the unit are scanned and checked for defects. When a defect is found, the device automatically stops the web so that it can be removed by the operator. This allows us to deliver 100% defect-free labels to our customers.
According to our President, Dave Ferguson,

The system allows us to catch even that one defective label out of any size run."The system detects every type of printing or finishing fault: color mis-register, color variations, hazing, misprints, defect in the text, spots, splashes, die-cut problems, barcode problems, missing labels, and many other print issues. |
