Product Spotlight:
Multi-Purpose Tag Cards

McCourt provides tag cards which are specially-designed to be applied onto letters, forms, envelopes, cartons, and product packaging. Once removed, the end-user is left with a card with no adhesive on the back.

This adhesive-backed configuration includes tag material laminated to our special multi-ply film construction coupon base. This base is designed to be easily lifted up from any edge, leaving no residue behind. The cards can be printed on both sides.

If you're looking for stand-alone laminated tag cards (without adhesive backing; not applied to a form or packaging), we supply these also. Either of our tag cards is less expensive and more cost-effective than hard plastic cards.

Tag card applications include: coupons, rebates, fundraisers, membership/loyalty programs, subscriptions, insurance, and gaming.  Contact us today for free samples!

Benefits of Direct Thermal Labels Over Thermal Transfer
  • DTDirect Thermal = Easier handling
No need to thread, adjust or change ribbons

  • Direct Thermal = Reliable Scanning
Ribbons can wrinkle and cause unreadable barcode scans and wax ribbons can smudge or smear. Direct thermal labels have been tested to be scannable up to several years (depending on storage conditions).

  • Direct Thermal = Greater Security and Lower Environmental Impact
When using thermal transfer labels you need to dispose of both the used liner and the used ribbon. Not to mention that confidential information is retained on the ribbon.

In many cases, direct thermal can be a much better solution. Need a quote? Give us a call at 800-458-2390 today!
