It's time to matriculate at Star Clipper's new Comics University series. Star Clipper is offering 12 free weekly academic seminars from 7 to 9pm every Wednesday from June 12 to August 28, 2013. The syllabus includes lectures, demonstrations, conversation, and higher education about the world of comics. Visiting Lecturers will include comics scholars, creators and dignitaries,who will present courses on history, mythology, collecting and more.
Homework will be awesome.

Each Student is given a punch card with 12 stars (one for each course). For every class you attend, you get a punch!
After 3 punches - Comics University 2013 Sticker
After 6 punches - 10% off Star Clipper merchandise until Graduation on Star Clipper Day, 2013
After 9 punches - $10 Star Clipper gift card
After 12 punches - Comics University Graduate T-Shirt and Diploma
Missed a Class? Don't worry about it! There will be many opportunities each month to go to a Star Clipper-Sponsored Extra Credit Event for a punch on your Comics University card! Stay tuned to our Facebook  and Twitter for more information about Extra Credit.
There will be optional Recommended Reading at the end of each course and regular "Pop Quizzes" (get it?). Prizes for the Pop Quizzes will change regularly, and the content will be on information covered in the previous week's course. Take notes!
The Star Clipper Comics University Commencement Ceremony will be held at Star Clipper on August 31st during our Annual Star Clipper Day!
