Family of Charles Brown, Murdered by Harvey Police, Demand Justice from City of Harvey: Mayor Kellogg Fire and Charge the Killer Cop!

What:    Rally

When:   1PM Saturday 13th, September 2014

Where:  Harvey City Hall

15320 Broadway Ave, Harvey, IL 60426

               Cross Streets: Between E 154th St & E 153rd St

Why:      Charles A. Brown on April 13, 2014 was murdered by Harvey Police

              Department, Harvey, Illinois

The family of Charles A. Brown who was murdered last April by the Harvey Police, will be rallying with community members to demand that the Police and Harvey Mayor Eric Kellogg, fire and prosecute the officer who killed Charles Brown and release the details of what happened on April 13, 2014.

The Brown family are demanding that the City of Harvey:

*Provide the following:

A.
911 call recording that Harvey PD allege they received about the armed robbery at the hotel
B.
    Personal Belongings
C.
Unedited video of cameras from hotel
D.
Police report of how Charles was made a suspect
E.
Report of the victim alleging a robbery
F.
The vehicle Charles was shot in

*Fire and charge the HPD officer who murdered Charles Brown.
The demand to fire the officer is well within the power of the Mayor. If the issue of due process is raised, the answer is, that his removal is necessitated immediately because of the obvious potential threat to public safety, his presence on police force with a gun, represents. If he is ultimately exonerated the matter can be reviewed

* Provide compensation to the victim's family
