Thank you to all those who have made donations toward Catherine Coulson's memorial tree and contemplative garden. We would be most appreciative of additional donations as we hope to raise sufficient funds before Catherine's yahrzeit, which is September 28. If you would like to be part of this effort, please send contributions to Temple Emek Shalom and mark Landscape Beautification Fund/Catherine Coulson Tree in the memo line. Thank you for helping to honor Catherine and her devotion to Emek Shalom and its congregants.

Social Action Opportunities

Message from Ashland Housing Commission:

Ashland Housing Forum, August 10, 6:00PM
"Affordable housing has hit a crisis point in Ashland and our state.  We are losing so many valuable families who can no longer afford to live here, attend our schools and add their strengths to our community.
The Ashland Housing & Human Services Commission, Unite Oregon and the Interfaith Social Justice Coalition are sponsoring an important step for solutions with an Affordable Housing Community Forum, Wednesday, August 10 6:00-8:00 pm in the Gresham Room
at Ashland Library.
We will share information about the positive tools we can use to address this crisis right now.  Please come and share your ideas and join others in making these solutions work for us."
