Employee Spotlight
The January/February employee spotlight is on Chuck Lindbergh.
Since 2006, Chuck has worked tirelessly as N-Jet's facilities manager. He keeps our building and charters running like clockwork, and often works around the clock himself.
Whether it's Monday, Saturday, dawn, dusk, or midnight, he's here making sure our fleet is clean, stocked, and ready for another departure. Even a polar vortex is no match for Chuck!
Thank-you for all of your hard work and dedication.

Unprecedented Perfect Audit Score
As you all know by now, we were visited in November by ARGUS auditors for an onsite audit report. They thoroughly examined and assessed a number of specific areas in operations and maintenance.
Why is this so important? A bad report would strip our IS-BAO registration AND Platinum rating. These labels set us apart from other operators by proving that we deliver only the highest levels of best safety practices.

And did we ever prove it! After two days onsite, the auditors found nothing. Nada. They had zero findings. In the world of ARGUS audits, a perfect score is so rare it's considered nonexistent...until now.
Needless to say, N-Jet will be keeping its IS-BAO registration and coveted Platinum rating. Thanks to everyone for helping N-Jet adhere to such high standards of safety and excellence.

New Aircraft Update
It's been a few years since we've introduced a new aircraft, but this month a 1999 Citation Excel joined our fleet. This is N-Jet's second Excel, and aside from wi-fi, the new jet closely mirrors its counterpart.
The owner, a first-time buyer, has chosen us to champion him through the world of aircraft ownership, and we should all be honored. Each and every one of you had an impact on his decision, which was based largely on what he saw at our facility. He was pleased and impressed by our cleanliness, amenities, professionalism, and policy to "go the extra mile", such as providing a freshly-washed car for arriving passengers.
When you go above and beyond, we're able to build our business, and as a result, EVERYONE benefits. Let's keep this momentum going!

Good Luck, Tony!
This month we said good-bye to a great pilot and employee, Tony Stolarczyk. Tony has been with us since 2010, and many of you may know him as our "Iron Man" pilot.
Tony is moving on to a new opportunity and will be flying a Challenger 300 out of Midway airport. Tony, we're sorry to see you go but wish you the best!
