January 2013

Happy New Year!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season with your friends and family. On behalf of Lakeview Pantry, I want to thank you for helping us serve our neighbors in need over the holidays.

The holidays were incredibly busy at Lakeview Pantry. In order to compensate for holiday closures, we had extra distribution days at both our East and West locations. The eight days before Thanksgiving were especially busy: daily client visits ranged from 36% to 100% more clients than average.

We're so grateful for the thousands of donors, volunteers, community leaders, and supporters who helped us through this busy time of year.

Thank you for making a positive impact in our community. Without you, there would be no Lakeview Pantry. I wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy 2013!

Sincerely,

Gary Garland

Executive Director
