Belmont Dental Care Delivers with Cash for Candy Event

Thank you to Dr. Gilbert Parrott (pictured at right with Executive Director Gary Garland) and Belmont Dental Care for donating proceeds from their Cash for Candy event to Lakeview Pantry! Between November 1-9, Belmont Dental Care collected Halloween candy from children. For every one pound of candy donated, children received $5 and Belmont Dental Care donated $50 to Lakeview Pantry.

In total, 41 pounds of candy were collected and $2,050 was donated to Lakeview Pantry. All of the candy will be sent to troops serving overseas. We are grateful for Belmont Dental Care's support! Their generous gift will help the Pantry purchase over 20,000 pounds of food for our neighbors this holiday season.

Lakeview Pantry is proud to be a beneficiary of The Best Holiday Party Ever! Join the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and some of your neighbors on Tuesday, December 4th for their annual holiday party.

The event will be from 6pm-12am and hosted at the MINI of Chicago Showroom, located at 1111 W. Diversey. Tickets are $45/person if you RSVP today. Otherwise, tickets will be sold for $50 at the door.
