A "Win/Win" for
Merrimack Valley TMA Members!

In December of 2012, the NuRide for the NuYear Holiday Promotion was a great success with two prizes given out to participants. The first $100 prize was given to a newly registered user of NuRide during the promotion. The winner of that prize was Lois Giegerich from Philips who chose a $100 American Express gift card. Congrats Lois!

The second $100 raffle prize was awarded to a current participant who either logged a trip on NuRide during the promotion date, or an existing member of our Green-to-Work and Guaranteed Ride Home programs. The winner in this category was Robert Donahue, a carpooler, from Draeger who won $100 Sears gift card. Enjoy, Robert!

NuRide is the state's largest, free, online rewards and ride matching program for commuters who take "green" trips. In the Merrimack Valley TMA, we had a total of 29 participants who logged a trip in NuRide, 74 in the Green-to-Work program, 91 in our Guaranteed Ride Home program and 6 brand new participants to the NuRide program.

From February 5-13th, the MVTMA held its "Share & Win" Winter Promotion. A winner was chosen from a pool of participants who liked us on Facebook and/or followed us on Twitter and then "shared" our posts through those social media channels. The more they re-tweeted or mentioned us on Twitter or liked, commented or shared our posts on Facebook, the more times they were entered to win a $100 gift card prize. The winner of that promotion was Kathy Rogers from Philips. She shared us on Facebook and Twitter a total of 15 times- thanks Kathy! Thanks also to everyone who participated and a warm welcome to our 19 new "likes" on Facebook and 9 new followers on Twitter! We look forward to joining the conversation with you.
