Webinar Highlight
Missionary Apostles for the 21st Century
As we prepare to celebrate the Feast of Pentecost on May 15th, let us pray and reflect upon what it means to be missionary apostles today. The last words of Christ before the Ascension were, "Go and make disciples out of all nations" (Matthew 28:19).
Pope Francis restates the command of Christ by calling for a church of missionary disciples. What does that look like for you?
In this webinar, Dr. Susan Timoney, Secretary for Pastoral Ministry and Social Concerns for the Archdiocese of Washington, discusses the vocation and mission of the laity in the work of evangelization as shaped by Evangelii Nuntiandi and Evangelii Gaudium.
