Youth Sunday will be held Sunday, May 22, 2016 during the 10:00 a.m. worship service. Please come and see what our Youth have been working on. The Children's Choir will sing.
End of Year Party to follow the May 22nd Youth Sunday service. All are welcome to help us honor this year's graduates and celebrate the end of another successful year. The Men in Blue will be cooking lunch. We will have a bouncy house, water slide and snow cone machine!

Children's Choir to sing for Youth Sunday - Karen May will take all interested Pre-K4-5th graders for the first 15 minutes of Sunday School (beginning May 1st) and teach them a new song. Then, during the 10:00 Youth Sunday (May 22nd) service, the children will perform for the congregation! We would love to see your child there!! For more information, contact Millie Johnson.

Mission Trip is May 9-16, 2016
|
The Go Team continues to prepare for our work in the Dominican Republic. We have picked up our team t-shirts and have made our team crosses that each team member will wear while passing through the Orlando and Santo Domingo airports. We'll also wear them during the church service in El Pedregal on Sunday, May 15th, where the "cardinal red" t-shirts will be just right for Pentecost!
There is still time to donate scholarships to the school. We will print a certificate to present to the priest in charge when we leave on May 8 but will not send the money until July 1. A full scholarship is $350 per child. Partial scholarships are also appreciated and combined with donations by other people. Thanks for your generosity!
There are eight members of our Go Team this year, and all eight are planning to be present at Christ Church on Sunday, May 8, so that Fr. Dave can commission us for the trip. Fr. Dave will also be blessing new altar linens, a Spanish lectionary, and an altar frontal that we will be taking as gifts for the Episcopal congregation in El Pedregal.
