Dominican Night Dinner & Auction
Your favorite song in a Fr. Dave sermon? Up for bid!
The deadline for purchasing tickets to the Dominican Night is Sunday, April 12. There are lots of unique and first time items to be auctioned. S.J. Denmark donated a wooden creche he made from 5 different woods. Fr. Dave is auctioning an opportunity to have your favorite song featured in one of his sermons. Those are just 2 of the great ways to be part of the "Home Team" for missions. Purchase your tickets early.

The Dominican Night Dinner and Auction will be Thursday, April 16 from 6 - 8:30 p.m. at the Cotton Corner at 101 N. Ashley Street in downtown Valdosta. The primary purpose of the dinner is to raise scholarship funds for the Episcopal K-8 school in the Dominican Republic our mission teams helped to build in 2005-2006. Each scholarship costs $350 for a year's tuition. The secondary purpose is to have fun with our friends and share good food catered by Covingtons. Fr. Dave and Steph will speak about their international mission experiences. There will be 16 live auction items and many silent auction ones. Only 104 tickets will be sold for $25 each, and we have already sold 60. Purchase your tickets by cash or check from Marilyn Miller, Pat Bezona, Jeani Synyard or Julia Ariail. Julia and Pat will be available at coffee hour this Sunday with tickets.
Youth Events in Diocese
Hometown Missions
Friday, April 17 - Sunday, April 19
Hometown Missions is happening in about 3 weeks, April 17-19, for those who are in 6th-12th grades. We are holding this event in two locations, St. Paul's Augusta and St. Thomas Thomasville.  At hometown missions, youth will sleep lock-in style at the church.  Besides the typical lock-in activities (worship, games, food, and other silliness), participants will also have an opportunity to serve the local communities in Thomasville and Augusta.  Right now we have 52 in total people registered for Hometown Missions.  Please come out an support this great event.  By showing your support now, you will gain support for when this event comes closer to your neck of the woods.  Plus this will be an amazing event, no matter which location you choose. Register for Hometown Missions
Spring Rally
May 1 - May 3, 2015
Spring Rally is our next big event happening May 1-3 at Honey Creek.  This event is open to all 6th-12th graders.  Our theme is Heros, but this is not your ordinary superheroes weekend.  We will go deeper into the mission of the church and what we are called to do as young people in the church.  During the weekend, we will talk about what it takes to be a hero, what is our hero's code for following Christ, how to start a movement, and so much more. Participants will also get to share input into next years youth programs. Register for Spring Rally
EYC Haven Project

Our Junior and Middle School EYC groups are collecting hotel/sample sized toiletries which they will bag and send to The Haven for their clients. There will be a collection bin in the Parish Hall. Thank you so much for helping our youth do God's work in our community!
