Would you like to be an Acolyte and help out with worship? We are looking for those interested in serving the church as an Acolyte. If you are 8 years of age or older, you can be an Acolyte. Adult Sunday School Series

Sunday, August 10 - October 12, 2014 at 11:15a.m.

| On August 10 we will resume Sunday School for all ages at 11:15 and begin a ten-week adult education series, "The Grace of God in the Gospel According to John." These classes will be taught by Father Dave in the Gabard Building and will run through October 12. Each week we'll look at different passages from the Gospel According to John that emphasize in different ways the grace God gives us all in Jesus Christ. Each class will include some teaching with some video clips and/or music. We'll have fun with it! - hope you'll join us! |

A record year for scholarships
|
Your 2014 DR Mission Team accomplished amazing things in the the DR this year. Read about the good work in the final report posted as a Vineyard article. The home teams from several team members' churches supported the scholarship effort so successfully that we were able to fund 35 scholarships at $350 for the upcoming year. That is $12,250. In 2013 we funded 25 scholarships, which was a record at that time. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! |
