The time for Youth Sunday School has been changed to 11 a.m. starting on January 5th. There is no Sunday School for youth or adults on December 29th.

Adult Education Classes at 9 a.m.

Beginning January 5, 2014

Adult education classes will continue to meet at 9 a.m. on Sundays starting January 5th. This schedule allows adults to attend the social hour after the 10 o'clock service.
There is no Sunday School for adults or youth on December 29th.

| The Rev. Tar Drazdowski will be on sabbatical leave from December 30, 2013 until March 4, 2014. During most of this time, she will be in residence at the Episcopal Diocese of the Dominican Republic's seminary in Santo Domingo, enrolled in an intensive Spanish language course. |

New Year's Day Trip to St. Marks

Rain or Shine - Bring a Picnic Lunch
|
Start the New Year with some of your parish family at St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge on an outdoor adventure trip that has been happening on January 1 for over 25 years. Bring a picnic-style lunch to share. Meet in the church parking lot at 8 a.m. to caravan to St. Marks, or arrive at the St. Marks lighthouse around 11 a.m. There will be a lunch in the picnic area north of the lighthouse around noon. Other activities include hiking on the St. Marks trails, an optional side trip to Wakulla Springs State Park for a river boat ride, and an evening seafood supper at the Spring Creek Restaurant. Anyone is welcome to come for all or any part of the day -- no signup required. The Search Committee is conducting Skype/telephone interviews with applicants. Scheduling these at this time of the year is a little difficult, but we hope to be ready to develop a short list by early in January. We appreciate continued prayers for discernment.

Donations for the 2013 tax year must be given to the church no later than 12/31/2013 or mailed to the church in an envelope postmarked no later than 12/31/2013. Any donations made after December 31, 2013 will be posted on 2014 giving sheet.
