Industry Supervisor Skill Set - April 2013
Our Industry Supervisor Skill Set (ISSS) provides pa rticipants with the necessary knowledge and skills for a supervisory type role on-site.
With subject areas including S44/Duty of care obligations, risk management, understanding people and teams and supervising on-site operations this Skill Set is a must for everyone.
The ISSS can be completed as a professional development exercise only or participants can elect to be assessed against the four nationally recognised units of competence.

Another proposed change to the Fair Work System - Roster Changes
Workplace Relations Minister Bill Shorten recentl y confirmed that any business which makes changes to rosters or working hours must "genuinely consult" with the affected employees about how the changes would affect their personal lives.
