ART IN KAYENTA FESTIVAL
A THANK YOU LETTER
The 14th annual Art In Kayenta is now in the history books and the Art In Kayenta Committee would like to thank everyone who attended, as well as our great artists, entertainers and food vendors for making
it a FABULOUS festival!
We couldn't have done it without you.
In addition, we'd like to thank Kayenta Homes & Properties (festival stage tent, chairs, tables, stanchions, vehicles), G Brent Smith (beer garden), Greg Ence Construction (festival stage set up & tear down),
Gary Max Collins (original oil painting used in all marketing communications), John Collins (design of festival poster), Ivins City (permits, traffic signage, barricades), the Public Safety & Public Works
Departments of Ivins City, the Kayenta Arts Foundation (parent organization of this year's festival), Man of Two World Productions (email flashes, A/V equipment for film screening) and our wonderful, marvelous volunteers. If we've overlooked or forgotten someone, our sincere apologies!

COMMUNITY ADVOCACIES Kathy Nied: Friends of Ivins Animal Shelter
Greetings from Friends of Ivins Animal Shelter
November brings the Back in Black month long adoption promotion sponsored in cooperation with Best Friends and FIAS. It seems black pets have a much harder time finding good homes and that is very sad. Black cats and dogs are just as loving, sweet and special. Please visit the Ivins Animal Shelter & Adoption Center during November and consider adopting a black cat or black dog. They are waiting on YOU to rescue them. Adoption fee for this promotion is $5 for cats and dogs, any size or age. All pets are spay/neutered and current on vaccinations, unless they are too young.
We are grateful for your support of FIAS and the Ivins Animal Shelter & Adoption Center. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
David Bigner: Kayenta Community Garden
