After the basic concept is approved, design Agreements are prepared, the retainer is paid and Scholz begins to develop the drawings on CAD. With architectural registration in 15 states, the construction documents are created under the direction of the registered professional so Scholz can legally provide a signed and sealed set of drawings for most municipalities that require them. Even if sealed drawings are not necessary, having that high level of expertise and professional competence is reassuring.
