A MESSAGE FROM THE SSMO
SUPERIOR GENERAL

Dear Families and Friends,

Happy New Year! I can hardly wait for spring! About a month ago I planted several kinds of bulbs in the circle in front of the Motherhouse. I am realizing that I am not a patient gardener. I would love to see the results of my efforts now! As I reflected on that, I thought about how patient God is with me/us-with our New Year's resolutions (how are you doing with yours?) or our Reconciliation resolve to avoid our same old failings. My obvious conclusion: God is much more patient than I am.
