In the Spotlight

Another MLS PTO Silent Auction has come and gone and we hope that everyone had a great time supporting our kids and teachers, while spending a fun evening with friends new and old!
While there are many, many people who contributed, we want to particularly thank our faculty who offered their time and creativity to donate teacher gifts and parties, as well as Dr. Irani and the staff at school who provided great support to us throughout the Silent Auction process!

The auction also featured wonderful donations from MLS families: mixers, merchandise, restaurant gift certificates, tickets to special events and more! We are astounded by the generosity of all of you and we humbly say THANKS!

Finally, a much deserved special acknowledgement to our Silent Auction Committee and to those who have helped our Committee in various ways: Eva Flaherty, Ashley Schroeder, Lynsie Steele, Lizzie Clark, Polly Hunter, Carleen Kupcis, Christina Keller, Brooke Donovan, Peggy Williams, Mindy Goodall, Holly Stancil, Laurel Geis, Courtney Nolde, Rebekah Goldberg, Helen Boyd, Brian Mateja, Muffy Thompson, Heather Dabney, Bianca Riehn-Kent, Julie Caruccio, Joanne Rome, Michelle Davis, Shauna Spanos, Adriane Baird, and Tom Evans.

The money raised will be used to benefit our students with support and equipment for educational and recreational programs. Thank you for coming together and giving back to support our wonderful faculty, students, and staff; we are already looking forward to next year!

Many thanks,
Melissa Hoover, Amelia Walton & Laura Ege

The Silent Auction may be over, but the fun will continue with upcoming Meriwether Mixers! Tickets are still available for the following parties (but hurry, space is limited in all): Men's Poker, BBQ and Brews, Hip to Be Square, Pink Flamingo, Shuck It Let's Party, and Que Syrah Syrah. Most of the kid mixers still have tickets as well. Click here for the auction catalog for dates and details. If you or your children are interested in attending any, contact Melissa Hoover at mhoover@bridgewater.edu to confirm that there are spots available and buy your tickets!
