In the Spotlight

Birthday Book Club is open for registration! This annual tradition supports our MLS Library Media Center. Help ensure we have plenty of new, quality books for your child each year!  Simply purchase a "birthday book" for your child and he/she will be presented with the book (inscribed with their name) at the annual party in March. Your child is the first to check out the book, and your child's name remains in the book for all to see when they choose that book. Click here or watch for the registration form in backpack mail!

Grocery Programs = EASY Fundraisers for the PTO!
Have you re-linked your grocery rewards cards this year? These programs allow the PTO to benefit from your regular shopping! For example, last year we only had 38 families participate in the Kroger program, but we raised $2700. If we enrolled 100 families, we could raise about $8500! Please re-link your Kroger and Harris Teeter cards today; click here for instructions.

Destination ImaginationDI is a creative, problem solving, and team-building competition and it's a LOT of fun! In order to make the Destination Imagination experience a possibility for our students, we need parent volunteers who are willing to lead or co-lead a DI team. For more information on DI, click here.
