Kindergarten Popsicle Playdate: Sunday, August 16, 3:30-5:30 pm. Meet new friends and their families before the school year starts!
"Meet-Your-Teacher" Open House: Monday, August 17, 3:30-5:00 pm. Meet your teacher, drop off your school supplies, and say hello to a brand-new schoolyear.
First Day of School: Wednesday, August 19
Welcome Coffee for Parents: Friday, August 21, 8:15-9:00 am. Enjoy coffee, snacks, and grown-up conversation at this welcome-back coffee sponsored by the PTO.
Landscaping Work Day for Parents: Saturday, August 22, 8:30-10:30 am. Volunteers are needed to help keep the MLS grounds beautiful!
Back-to-School Family Picnic: Sunday, August 23, 5:00-6:30 pm. Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy time with friends. Kona Ice will be available for purchase!

Grocery Reward Programs: The MLS PTO benefits from some very generous reward programs but two of them require a "re-link" at the beginning of each school year. Please take a moment to re-link your shoppers card from Kroger and Harris Teeter to MLS by following the instructions here.
