Game Night, This Friday, Nov 14th 6:30-8pm
|  Don't have a CLUE what to do on Friday night? Want to BOGGLE your mind with excitement? Get a LIFE and join your MLS friends in the cafeteria for some board game fun. You won't be SORRY! The PTO is pleased to host this super-fun activity for the whole family - great way to learn some new games and maybe get holiday gift ideas too.
Event is free and snacks are provided compliments of the PTO. If you'd like to do more than attend we are seeking volunteers to loan games for the evening (bags in front hallway for drop off. Please label clearly) and others who could teach a game (great volunteer opp for older kids), Sign ups are here:

Kids Night Out - Friday, Nov. 21st 6-9:30pm
|  Don't miss Kid's Night Out Friday, November 21st. Doors open at 6pm for fun outdoors (weather permitting) and indoors with favorite teachers who keep things moving!
Reserve a spot for your child by registering online at MLSPTO, or by printing the form. You can walk in and pay at the door if you decide to share your kids with us at the last minute, but we really appreciate pre-registration and payment to make things smoother at drop off.
Pick up is at 9:30pm sharp and remember...feed your children dinner at home, pack a snack, water and whatever they need to be comfy for the movie (pj's, pillow, sleeping bag, etc). We'll see you on the 21st!

Coffee with Dr. Irani - Dec. 17th
|  Our first Coffee & Conversation with Dr. Irani was a hit! Thanks to the parents that attended. We had some great conversation and flow of ideas. Unfortunately, the November session has been canceled as there's a conflicting student performance that same morning. But, we're back on track in December! Please add December 17th to your calendar where we'll discuss the Responsive Classroom. Look forward to seeing you there. Kids Market: Friday, Dec. 5th 6-8pm

The ever-popular kids market is back. Do you have children that want to own a small business? Here's their chance. The children get to set up their own booth at the Kid's Market. No actual profits are expected to be generated from the sale of their items for the school. Kids are free to spend earnings at their friends' tables and they can also donate a portion to a charity.
The market will be held on Friday, December 5th from 6pm -8pm

Box Tops for Education
|  Don't forget to clip and save Box Tops for Education this school year! You may want to have your child designate and decorate a small container or Ziploc bag specifically for collecting Box Tops.
